A growing, living index of research artifacts on the Alpha School system. Each artifact is self-contained and cites its sources (official Alpha material, press, parent accounts, analysis, and investigative reporting), and each claim is badged for evidence quality — doc Alpha-stated · reported press/parents · inferred our synthesis. I'll keep adding and revising here as the research deepens. This is reference material for a build project; it is not an endorsement of Alpha's claims.
Start with the day-in-side deep dive. It's the lived, minute-level experience — two contrast students (a 4th-grader and a 9th-grader), the full 8:15–4:00 day, a zoomed core block, and how the system makes deliberate decisions (shown in brackets) at each step.
Then the system Atlas. It's the architecture view — every component, tier, and stakeholder in one filterable map, including the product stack and the motivation economy.
Treat all growth numbers as claims, not audits. The headline "2.6×" figure is methodologically broken as published; independent recomputation lands nearer 1.3–1.7×. Where evidence is contested (some surveillance/demotion-tier reporting), it is deliberately held out of these models.
